  • Are VaporEFX Sprays safer than Nicotine Pouches?

    Nicotine Pouches are known to present significant oral health issues, primarily due to localized tissue irritation, reduced blood flow, and chronic mouth dryness. Key dentistry concerns include permanent gum recession, soft tissue irritation, bone loss, increased risk of tooth decay, and potential precancerous white patches.

  • Is VaporEFX approved by the FDA?

    VaporEFX™ is not approved by the FDA


    The VaporEFX Inhaler and Sublingual delivery devices, micelle Nicotine formulations and method of delivery are registered under Tobacco Registration ID# RG8889 with the FDA's product listing module for next generation products. 


    Air 2, LLC has been assigned a Manufacturing Facility Establishment Identifier, FEI# 3042688582 from the FDA and VaporEFX is awaiting authorization from the FDA via a Marketing Granted Order through the filing of a Substantial Equivalence (SE) report, which authorization allows Air 2, LLC to legally manufacture and market VaporEFX as a next generation, reduced risk nicotine product within the USA.


    All ingredients in VaporEFX are regulated by the FDA and compliant with the FDA's list of ingredients which are Generally Regarded as Safe (GRAS).


  • Is the Nicotine in VaporEFX from tobacco, natural or synthetic?

    VaporEFX is tobacco leaf-free. The liquid Nicotine in VaporEFX is natural, 99.9% pure Nicotine liquid, extracted from the highest quality tobacco leaves. Rigorous testing and quality control processes ensure that every batch of micellized, Nicotine liquid meets our highest standard for purity and consistency. Each batch’s purity surpasses USP/EP standards.

  • How much Nicotine is delivered with each spray actuation?

    Sublingual/Lingual Mucosal Delivery:  

    .5 mg (Regular) and 1.0 mg (Strong), Micelle Nicotine strengths per spray (200 sprays).


    Inhaler Delivery:  

    .125 mg (Mild) and .25 mg (Regular)

  • How many spray actuations of micelle Nicotine does the Inhaler and Sublingual have?

    Both the Vapor Inhaler and Vapor Sublingual Nicotine devices deliver 200, precise, metered spray actuations.

  • How many spray actuations of micelle Nicotine is considered safe?

    Whether using the Vapor Inhaler or Sublingual delivery device, each spray actuation delivers a consistent, metered dose (spray) of Nicotine. 


    Users can choose their personal, desired level of Nicotine, knowing they can decrease their nicotine intake by up to two-thirds, while achieving an equivalent nicotine effect and user satisfaction.


    The FDA and CDC recommend that nicotine users do not exceed 50mg to 60mg of nicotine per day.

  • Does the VaporEFX Inhaler and Sublingual have any added chemicals?

    Yes, Vapor’s NanoMist, Micelle formulations include sucralose, an artificial sweetener and lactic acid, (citric acid - Inhaler) organic acids produced naturally by the body and found in many foods like yogurt, fruits and vegetables. Vapor’s formulations are FDA GRAS and have no other added chemicals. 


    Vapor's ingredients consist of 99.9% pure Nicotine liquid, extracted from the highest quality tobacco leaves, natural flavor extracts, culinary ethanol and tetrafluoroethane (Norflurane), a propellant most commonly used in pharmaceutical, metered dose inhalers.

  • What are the available VaporEFX flavors?

    The VaporEFX Nicotine Sublingual's are available in various flavors depending on the geographic location and market: Current flavors include:  Menthol, Spearmint, Peppermint, Wintergreen, Citrus, Coffee, Cinnamon, Green Tea and Berry.


    The VaporEFX Nicotine Inhaler is available in Natural Menthol.

  • What is a micelle, and what is micellized liquid nicotine?

    A micelle is the process of converting key, active ingredients (Nicotine and flavor extracts) into tiny, nano dispersed particles and making them soluble in water and medical-grade propellant to optimize and carry the nano-sized ingredients (Micellized Nicotine) direct to the oral, mucosal membrane and human body's cells. The result is a highly concentrated formulation of nano-dispersed Nicotine, allowing the consumer to take up to two-thirds less nicotine while achieving the same desired satisfaction and user experience.

  • Is VaporEFX recyclable?

    Yes, the empty Vapor device and components, HDPE plastic housing, aluminum canister and actuation valve are recyclable. 

  • How does VaporEFX compare in price to Cigarettes, Vapes and Oral Pouches?

    On average, VaporEFX (Inhaler and Sublingual) will sell at retail for $14 to $19 USD per Inhaler or Sublingual unit. 

     

    The average cigarette delivers 1.5 mg of nicotine and 30 mg of nicotine per pack of 20 cigarettes. The average cost of a pack of cigarette's in the U.S. is $10.25 USD.


    The average Vape consists of 2.0% to 5.0% nicotine Salts and generally ranges in price from $5 to $20 for disposable vapes, $10 to $30 for vape pens and $15 to $60 USD for vape pods. On average, a disposable vape pen with 2 ml (2%) of e-liquid delivers around 600 puffs.

     

    The average cost of nicotine oral pouches is between $4 and $5 USD and each container consisting of 15 to 20 synthetic nicotine pouches. Nicotine pouches vary between 1.5 mg and 12 mg in nicotine strength. Most common nicotine pouches are sold in 3 mg and 6 mg nicotine strengths and 45 mg to 90 mg of nicotine per container.

  • Is the propellant in VaporEFX safe?

    Yes. Tetrafluoroethane (HFA-134a), also known as Norflurane is a hydrofluorocarbon (HFC) and a common propellant in metered-dose inhalers (pMDIs) for delivering medication to the lungs. 


    Used as a replacement for ozone-depleting chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs), Tetrafluoroethane (HFA-134a) is Generally Regarded as Safe (GRAS) by the FDA.

  • Is VaporEFX patented?

    Yes. Air 2 LLC, a Colorado Limited Liability Company, owns Vapor’s intellectual property, its formulations, science and chemistry. To date The company has been issued three U.S. patents 12,016,401, 12,108,809, 12,262,756 and has sucessfully filed an international patent application, PCT/US24/29212, May 14, 2024.


  • Is VaporEFX child safe?

    Yes. Both Vapor delivery devices, Inhaler and Sublingual are child safe. Each device has a child resistant, locking base and cap which can be easily locked and unlocked by the user. See "How to Use" for additional use and safety instructions.

  • Where is VaporEFX sold?

    Currently, Air 2, LLC (the Company) is awaiting approval from the FDA for sale of its products in the United States. 


    The products are currently being reviewed for domestic and international distribution and sales in various countries.
